SM1 Print

At the end of 2011, Kall Kwik in Sutton, Surrey needed to change its name.  This new name and identity needed to demonstrate the continuation of a hugely successful, fast, convenient and local print and design service, without disenfranchising its current customer base.

To start, Blink undertook some customer research regarding the service and its brand.  At the end of this, it was clear that the brand needed to say ‘fast, convenient, local, creative, modern, friendly, trustworthy and results-led.’

The new branding was identified – SM1 – for its postcode location and – Print – because that’s what they do.  Following this, full brand guidelines, imagery, colour palette and strap lines were agreed.  Blink then helped to manage the integration of the brand into the communications, collateral, shop design, stationery, and website.

Social media sites were also established – Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIN.  A Blog was included on the website, with automatic feeds to/from the social media pages.
