Sara Clark at Blink was asked to manage a team of Marketing Executives and IT Managers to conduct studies to define future strategic business objectives in relation to e-commerce. This involved establishing a Steering Group, creating project delivery timetables and liaising with senior stakeholders.
The result was a fully orchestrated e-business implementation which included definition of purchase, distribution processes and subsequent marketing plans to exploit retail opportunities.
Agreed objectives were made in terms of revenue, margin and profit and trails were organised with sales partners.
