It's great to spend some time with the children over half-term, but it really is hard going to kick back into business. Here are 3 ways to get cracking…
1) Don't be frustrated for not achieving as much work as you'd like, over the holidays. Be good to yourself. Spending family time is important!
2) Get back to work, slowly. Be realistic and manage your expectations. You can't possibly catch up on 5 days in 8 hours.
3) Make a list – chuck down everything on your mind. Spend 10 minutes over a cuppa. Then prioritise your top 3.
